Our National Youth Gathering Service Project:
"Youth Under Pressure"

"Youth Under Pressure" is a term used to describe participants who experience pressure because of their race, low income status, sexual orientation, refugee status, and other marginalizing conditions.
To prepare for our project, our group has been asked to BRING BOOKS. Each of us will be distributing the books that are collected as part of our service project.
These books have been specifically selected to increase reading capacity of children by educators in New Orleans:
